Every year, Jobberman releases a chart of the top 100 companies to work in Nigeria. This result is generally based on carefully-evaluated information gathered from internal and external respondents during her annual surveys.
The end of year survey for 2019 featured a total of 3,148 valid responses from both internal (employees working at numerous companies in Nigeria) and external (general public) respondents.
The responses obtained from this survey were analyzed using a unique formula to generate an unbiased rank list of companies who have the most sought after intrinsic and extrinsic traits.
