Please get in touch today, to discuss the positions we have!Job Purpose:To provide care in accordance with current best practices, according to policy and procedures, agreed standards, legislative requirements, relevant regulations under the direction of the General ManagerTo support and enable people who live in the home to maintain skills and personal interests whilst delivering person-centred care unique to each individualTo maintain skills at a current level and undertake such training and development as may from time-to-time be required to maintain practices as up-to-day.Key Accountabilities:Ensure residents are at the heart of the care delivery and their wishes and preferences enhance their well beingEnsure that all required standards are maintainedBe responsible for promoting and safeguarding the welfare of individuals you supportDevelop effective working relationships with all team membersAssist in the support of new care team members to their job roleMaintain accurate documentation on pcs at the point of care deliverySupport residents to maintain a high standard of personal care, hygiene, and physical wellbeingEnsure resident’s aids and equipment are maintained e.g., glasses, wheelchairs, denturesRespond immediately to any concerns that may pose a risk to health, safety and wellbeing of residents, visitors, or your teamDispense medication following Lovett Care policies and proceduresMaintain the confidentiality of informationCompletion of mandatory E-LearningsTo embed and demonstrate our company values throughout your working daySkills & Competencies:Team PlayerReliable and punctualQualifications:Good English written and verbal interpersonal communication skillsSkills / Qualifications:You will have previous experience as a carer within a care environment.
