As a 2024 Glassdoor Best Place to Work and a Great Place to Work-Certified™ company, we’re looking for passionate people to join our team as we continue leading the industry over our next 100 years.Why Join Our Team?We’re hiring Distribution Center Associates (up to $20.40/hour to start) across multiple shifts with part-time positions available!Join our team at 8211 Bavaria Drive East, Macedonia, Ohio 44056.Shifts, Pay, and Benefits:Part-Time Shift: Monday through Friday, 12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.; 1:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. (or until complete); 2:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. (or until complete)Pay starting at $19.40/hour with three raises in 12 months bringing your pay to $20.60/hour+ $1/hour for powered industrial equipment (PIE) operators**Medical, dental, and vision coveragePaid time off and 6 company holidays per year6% 401(k) company contribution each pay periodEmployee discounts and moreSafety shoes providedYou WillReport to a DC Supervisor or Process Manager and have regular interaction with other team members.Safely complete inbound and/or outbound warehouse tasks, e.g. unloading, sorting, labeling, replenishing, auditing, and packing, with strong attention to detailEnsure products are packed and shipped correctly to exceed customers’ expectations for quality and delivery speedMeet safety, quality, productivity, behavior, attendance, and overtime requirements as neededOperate computerized scanning equipment and maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with OSHA and Hazardous Material requirementsPerform other tasks as directed by the leadership teamYou HaveComfort working on your feet with exposure to heat, cold, noise, and dust while working around moving equipment and elevated stationsHigh school diploma or equivalent and at least 18 years of ageAble to continuously lift, slide and lower packages up to 50 pounds and may frequently weigh up to 75 poundsMust be able to work at various elevated stations throughout the DC.Able to operate computerized scanning equipment.Able to meet productivity, quality, safety, and attendance requirements, including overtime as required.**For PIE operators: ability to operate warehouse vehicles, material handling equipment and powered industrial equipment, including Crown, Pacer, Reach Truck, Order Picker, Barrett and Turret TruckPreferred QualificationsPrevious warehouse, retail, or customer service experience in fast-paced environmentsGreat attention to detail, quality, and safetyWe are committed to equal employment opportunity regardless of race, color, ancestry, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status, disability, gender, gender identity or expression, or veteran status.
