Job Description:
We seek passionate and skilled Registered Nurses to join our dedicated team at Blue Door Medical Concierge who have knowledge, training and experience in IV medicine administration. As a Registered Nurse with our company, you can deliver exceptional care by providing specialized IV therapy and medical services to our clients at their preferred locations, including their homes, hotels, offices, and other designated settings. Your role will ensure that our clients receive high-quality, personalized healthcare services tailored to their needs. Currently, we only serve the Vancouver area and seek nurses who live within Vancouver.
Position Type:
The role of a Registered Nurse with Blue Door Medical Concierge is an on-call position with flexible hours. Nurses will be compensated hourly and have the autonomy to accept or decline specific assignments based on their availability and preferences. This flexibility allows our nurses to maintain a healthy work-life balance while delivering exceptional care to our valued clients.
Responsibilities:
– Administer IV therapy and other specialized medical treatments with precision and care
– Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ medical histories and current health status
– Collaborate with our team of healthcare professionals to ensure seamless and coordinated care for our clients
– Provide compassionate and empathetic support to clients during their healthcare interactions
– Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all care provided
– Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and ethical conduct in all client interactions
– Demonstrate a commitment to ongoing learning and professional growth within the field of specialized healthcare
Qualifications:
– Active registration as a Nurse with the College of Registered Nurses of British Columbia (CRNBC)
– Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in a specialized healthcare setting
– Proficiency in administering IV therapy and other specialized medical treatments
– Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on client-centered care
– Ability to work independently and make sound clinical judgments
– Commitment to upholding the highest standards of ethical conduct and professionalism
– A valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation
– CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
