Morar Living’s Trinity Manor Care Home is a beautiful, purpose built home situated in Stratford upon Avon Warwickshire. It embraces small scale living and has been designed to deliver a luxurious but homely environment for residents.

We are looking for experienced Senior Health Care Assistants to come and join our team and to commission this new and exciting service. Together with the team you will work to ensure that the service is ready and prepared to deliver quality care from day one.

We are currently seeking to recruit Senior Health Care Assistants with a passion for providing residents with exceptional, kind, individualised care that promotes choice, dignity and respect.

About You

To join us in the first phase of recruitment you will have experience as a senior care assistant within a care home setting caring for older people.

You will preferably hold an NVQ 3 qualification although experience will be taken into consideration.

You will have a kind and caring approach with a passion for delivering the highest possible standard of care and support for the residents.

You will have excellent communication skills and have a desire to work in a participatory manner with residents and relatives to enable them to achieve desired outcomes and goals.

You will have experience and passion for supporting and developing less experienced staff members to ensure the delivery of exceptional care and support.

You will have the right to work within the UK.
