Must be currently registered with CRNM
*Knowledge & Experience in Geriatric field preferred but not mandatory but must possess an interest in becoming more knowledgeable in Geriatric field.
*Ability to communicate & promote interaction with all personnel and residents/families under his/her care, helping them to become more knowledgeable and understanding of the aging process
*Ability to foster good relationships with staff & Residents providing an open climate conducive to freedom of discussion and the team approach.
