Leinikki nursing home as a workplace
Leinikki Nursing Home is a warm and homely unit that opened in spring 2020, offering residential services to the elderly in Muhos. Your working day as a nurse
As a care assistant, your job description includes responsible and diverse care and customer service work, with the main focus on assisting residents with daily activities according to their needs. You are on duty for our residents, meeting them with warmth and taking into account their individual needs.
Your workday will consist of nursing and supervising residents, planning and participating in the overall care of residents, and activity activities. If you have completed your medical treatment licenses, your duties may also include implementing medical treatment for residents.
The work is a 2-shift job and the summer placements are between June and August. The summer placement can be agreed on a part-time or full-time basis. We can agree with you on the start date and exact duration of the employment relationship.
The task requires
- training as a registered nurse or at least 60 credits of completed studies in the field
- vaccination protection in accordance with the Communicable Diseases Act and at least functional basic language skills in Finnish (B1 level)
- We consider valid medical licenses and a completed hygiene passport an advantage
The person selected for the position must present a criminal record extract in accordance with the Criminal Records Act if the employment relationship lasts more than 3 months.
Please note that we can only hire a person who meets the above requirements for the position.
Pay
We follow the private collective agreement for social services in our remuneration. The job-specific base salary is €2,363.76-2,556.20/month (G20C) for a registered nurse, depending on experience. Students receive a salary grade of -6% incompetence discount.
In addition, we will pay you a fixed-term unit-specific availability supplement of €108.20/month until the end of July 2025 (note: for part-time employees, we pay the supplement in proportion to working hours).
