Job Description
Milker and General Farm Worker required on a Commercial Dairy Goat farm near Bridgwater, Somerset.
500 goats plus followers on an ad-lib cake system.
Duties will include milking, feeding, bedding up, and assisting the Herd Manager with management of the herd and youngstock.
Good rate of pay dependent on experience. Dairy farm experience preferred.
Applicants must be self motivated and work to very high standards.
Average of 30 hours per week, but extra hours will be required around kidding time.
A good static caravan is potentially available on site if required.
