Job Description
Licensed Vocational Nurse
- San Dimas, CA
- San Dimas NeuroRestorative facility located on Puente Street
- 15 bed facility
- Per-diem
- Days (7am-7pm) and NOC (7pm-7am) shifts available
- $2 shift differential for NOC shifts
- 12-hour shifts w/overtime after 8th hour (4 hrs of OT per shift)
- DT after 12th hour
- Low patient ratios
- Access to daily earned pay

- Conduct assessments, implement health care plans, and respond to changes of condition
- Communicate with the physician and external medical centers to ensure consistency of essential medical information
- Monitor and ensure physicians orders are documented and carried out as prescribed
Qualifications:
- Current state LPN/LVN License
- Current CPR certification
- Excellent assessment skills with the ability to exercise critical thinking in the clinical environment
- Effective communication skills – ability to communicate with team members, medical professionals, those we serve, and their families
