WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Management of the Rheinmetall Technology Management team with direct reporting to the CTO of Rheinmetall AG
- Development of technology plans and active design of Rheinmetall AG’s technology strategy
- Conducting technology analysis and early detection to identify new technologies and assess their impact on business strategy
- Acquisition and integration of new technologies into the existing infrastructure
- Identifying opportunities for synergies within the Group and promoting technology transfer to actively increase efficiency and innovation
- Participation in long-term research and technology plans for the divisions
- Successfully completed studies in the field of engineering, technology or innovation management or comparable courses
- Several years of professional experience in R&D in the automotive, defense industry or a research institution
- Relevant knowledge in technology management
- Experience in the professional and disciplinary management of an intercultural team
- Methodically structured working methods and strong communication skills
- Very good knowledge of German and English
