Job Description

Harrier Grange Care Home are seeking to recruit Day and Night Carers to join their friendly team. 

Harrier Grange is a purposely builted care home in Andover which has finished to an exceptionally high standard and has a host of luxurious features available to residents. 

The role requires that the provision of person-centred care for elderly residents is maintained to the highest level ensuring that their dignity and individuality is retained whilst their health, well-being and interests are catered for at all times. As well as looking after the care needs of their residents, you will be involved in the general activities of the Care Home and you will be expected to maintain a safe and secure environment for residents, staff members and visitors.

Applicants must have previous experience and a genuine interest in working with elderly residents within a caring environment. A willingness to participate in Vocational Training courses would be ideal. Applicants should be able to communicate effectively and fluently at all levels and be comfortable working as part of a friendly team. An NVQ in care is not necessary for this post though it would be advantageous. Satisfactory Police and DBS checks apply to this role.

Full and Part Time positions are available for this post – which includes alternate weekend work – with a first-class working environment provided.
