Foreperson (Residential)

North Kildare

€65-75k + Car allowance, Health, Bonus, Pension & Benefits

Foreman required for one of Ireland’s leading property developers with high-end developments in the Leinster Area, with decades of experience constructing residential (housing & apartments)

and commercial developments in very much sought after locations. Delivering, high quality, A-rated, housing and apartment blocks nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Ownership of the management of Health and Safety on the project.
• Understand target delivery programme, weekly reporting of same and active intervention to prevent delays.
• Attend and assist at daily whiteboard meetings.
• Continuous inspection of works on site, raising and resolving issues in a timely manner to ensure quality of works. Subcontractor and Supplier Management
• Completion of daily allocation sheets for site labour and materials.
• Management of civil engineering and groundworks contractor.
• Set up and maintain logistics walkways, including vehicle & pedestrian routes.
• Take control of works from house foundations, through to 1st & 2nd fix including external finishes, paving, boundary walls and landscaping.
• Effectively manage the movement of labour, machinery, and materials on and off site through site coordination & logistics software.
• Maintain a secure and safe site through effective Health & Safety practises.
• Management and coordination of subcontractors and service providers, to ensure timely handover to Finishing Foreman in line with programme requirements.
• Liaise with the engineering team to ensure waste management records are available and accurate.
