Qualzy is an online research platform providing excellent service to market research agencies, brands, and independent researchers. We have offices in Salisbury, Sydney, and Boston and are well-known in the industry for our excellent support.

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our support team. Someone with enthusiasm, great listening skills, and a desire to learn. The candidate must demonstrate the ability to manage own time as projects run to tight deadlines. They must be self-motivated and have excellent problem solving skills. They must be happy to work alone and as a part of a team. The candidate will demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.

Customer Service Representative Job Responsibilities

  • Building client projects based on a written guide document (provided by client)
  • Uploading and managing respondent details to projects
  • Actively monitoring engagement of live projects.
  • Providing ongoing, high-level support, resolving client issues by determining the cause, implementing solutions, and keeping clients updated
  • Attracting potential customers by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about alternative Qualzy solutions.
  • Providing support to the internal sales teams

Work Hours and Benefits

You will be working alongside the Salisbury team to support our US office in Boston. As such, you will be working US (ET) hours. This role is completely remote, with the option to work our Salisbury office if you wish to.

  • Fully remote, work from home
  • Working hours: Monday-Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm ET (12:30pm – 9:00pm BST)
  • On Wednesdays you have the option to work earlier hours to join post-work drinks

Customer Service Representative Qualifications / Skills

Education and Experience Requirements

  • GCSE or equivalent
  • 1 year of Customer Service experience
  • Familiarity with office software is a plus
