We have vacancies for day and night/sleep-in shifts available.Who are we looking for?• Caring individual with a heart for the elderly while providing quality care.• Passion for working with early on-set Dementia and Nursing needs.• Respect, compassion and courteous manner towards the staff and residents.• Experience in an adult social care environment.• Able to work flexible day shifts.You will be responsible for:• Ensuring the physical, emotional and social needs of the residents are met. • Assisting residents with personal care duties such as personal hygiene, washing, dressing and assisting with meals.• Taking part in recreational and social activities within the home, such as entertainment and our daily activities to boost both physical and mental stimulation.• Promoting our residents’ independence, choice, dignity and respect by delivering the very best standards of care.• Undertaking any necessary training and getting involved in the welcoming and training of new staff members.
