Care is creative! You promote existing resources and reactivate lost abilities of our care recipients by creating an adapted daily structure for our residents and maintaining social contacts. As a direct contact person, you maintain communication with our residents.

Start date: immediately

What we expect from you:

• Daily life planning with our residents in mind
• Implementation of individualized and collective care measures according to our care plans
• Participation in the planning and organization of leisure activities, if necessary also individual supervision
• supportive promotion of interest groups of residents
• Accompanying residents to external and internal appointments
• Participation in family work
• Documentation of care services according to prescribed documentation and quality standards (social anamnesis/biographical work)
• Promoting the age-related skills of our residents

What you bring with you:

• completed qualification “Additional care worker” (daily companion, presence worker) according to §§ 43b, 53c SGB XI
• confident demeanor and linguistic fluency
• a high level of entertaining skills, commitment, teamwork, empathy, reliability and balance
• Joy and friendliness in dealing with older people and interest in their biography
