What You’ll Do

As a member of the Nexa Operations family, you’ll join a team of caring and ambitious individuals dedicated to a work environment that’s supportive and full of opportunity. You will:

  • Play a key role in supporting our clients’ customers
  • Manage calls ranging from appointment setting, customer service, call screening, call transfer, and much more
  • Manage calls for a wide variety of professional services
  • Electronically document and communicate customers’ needs to our clients
  • Possibly utilize chat, email, or other methods of communication
  • Learn and use different systems, including multiple monitors and applications


What You Need

  • Ability to work from home, which requires high-speed internet and a professional quiet workspace
  • Ability to work an 8 hour shift beginning in the afternoon or evening
  • Experience answering high call volumes and working to address customers’ needs
  • A positive attitude, compassion for others, and the ability to adjust your communication style based on the nature of the call
  • Computer skills including use of multiple monitors and applications
  • Ability to type 30 wpm while accurately and thoroughly summarizing the call content
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a strong grasp of proper grammar, spelling, and sentence structure
  • Availability to work a schedule which may include early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays (one weekend day is required)
  • Consent to successful background screening
