Akerman LLP, a top 100 U.S. law firm serving clients across the Americas, is seeking a full-time experienced Receptionist for its Denver, Colorado office. This highly visible and polished Receptionist position will be in a professional office environment. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, operating a multiple-line telephone system, managing the calendar and usage of multiple conference rooms, greeting clients, vendors and visitors, assisting the Office Administrator with administrative duties as well as clerical, data entry, and light accounting projects as assigned. The Receptionist will maintain the appearance of the reception area, conference rooms and kitchen. Punctuality, reliability and confidentiality are crucial to this position, along with high energy and a service orientated attitude. We require a High School diploma and a minimum of four (4) years’ receptionist experience in a professional corporate or law firm setting. Qualified candidates will have working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. In addition, candidates must possess excellent communication and organizational skills, strong calendaring skills, and the ability to multi-task.

Job Type: Full-Time (40 hours)

Schedule: Monday through Friday

Salary range: $40,000 – $45,000

Bonus: Discretionary holiday bonus
