YourPrime is working with a growing software vendor to help find an Office Manager to join their rapidly growing team.
Our client is a rapidly growing software vendor who provides a fully customisable processes, stock management and innovative employee productivity workflow management software application that allows clients to have full visibility and control over every aspect of their warehouse.
As Office Manager you will be expected to complete the following responsibilities:
The Role – Office Manager
- Oversee the day-to-day smooth running of the office, acting as the first point of contact.
- Order any required equipment or supplies
- Manage day-to-day HR process: e.g. track absence, inductions, exit interviews
- Oversee the recruitment process, including maintaining relationships with agencies
- Organise team-building events, including the annual Christmas party
- Schedule and maintain any requirements as part of our ISO certification: e.g. meetings, access/asset registers, audits
- Liaise with external contractors or suppliers to organise repairs or servicing.
- Key point of contact for Health & Safety within the office, ensuring continued legislation adherence
- Maintain the organization of the existing filing system
- Minute taking in meetings
- Ad-Hoc tasks to support the business
Skill Requirements – Office Manager
- Impeccable organisational skills
- Strong pc skills in a range of systems, including MS Office functions.
- High personal motivation and an ability to embrace and achieve goals
- An ability to work as part of a team
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Time management and organisation skills
