Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assist with various ad hoc finance tasks
- Assist in booking meetings, taking meeting minutes
- Various ad hoc admin tasks
- Day-to-day transactional duties required to maintain a successful finance department
- General support across the finance and admin team where needed
- Helping establish and maintain office procedures
- Assisting senior management team when needed
- Dealing with staff recruitment
Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Fluent in English (verbal and written communication)
- Experience using Microsoft Excel
- Experience using Xero (not required but advantageous)
- Willing to travel when necessary
