Role responsibilities will include the following:

  • Answering queries regarding our Marcus system via phone or email
  • Working with multiple systems, taking action on accounts and troubleshooting
  • Providing navigation support to customers and clients
  • Supporting colleagues with queries

Education:

  • GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:

  • customer service: 1 year (preferred)
