A great new role for a Customer Service Representative who is looking to work remotely with an established start-up company in London, Applemire Limited. We are looking to add to our diversified team a dynamic, self-motivated candidates with the passion for providing outstanding customer service.
Task
- Informing and educating customers about our portfolio of products and answering any follow-up questions
- To answer and handle calls promptly in an enthusiastic, courteous, and timely manner
- Up-to-date knowledge on services
- Outbound calls to potential prospects to generate interest
- Identify and respond to the needs of customers
- Ensuring regular follow ups on leads
- Maintain an up-to-date customer relations portfolio
- Ensuring client confidentiality and satisfaction
Skills Required
- Call centre experience
- Excellent telephone manners
- Excellent data entry skills
- Computer literate
- Good analytical and communication skills
- Time management skills
- Good listener
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 40 per week
Salary: £23,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
