Customer Service Representative

A great new role for a Customer Service Representative who is looking to work remotely with an established start-up company in London, Applemire Limited. We are looking to add to our diversified team a dynamic, self-motivated candidates with the passion for providing outstanding customer service.

Task

• Informing and educating customers about our portfolio of products and answering any follow-up questions
• To answer and handle calls promptly in an enthusiastic, courteous, and timely manner
• Up-to-date knowledge on services
• Outbound calls to potential prospects to generate interest
• Identify and respond to the needs of customers
• Ensuring regular follow ups on leads
• Maintain an up-to-date customer relations portfolio
• Ensuring client confidentiality and satisfaction

Skills Required

• Call centre experience
• Excellent telephone manners
• Excellent data entry skills
• Computer literate
• Good analytical and communication skills
• Time management skills
• Good listener

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 40 per week

Salary: £23,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
