Dean & Wood is a leading refrigeration and air conditioning wholesaler with 17 branches throughout the UK. We have a vacancy for a Customer Service Advisor at our Canning Town branch.

The Customer Service Advisor is expected to take responsibility for handling customer orders and enquiries across a broad product range and to ensure that customers receive a fast and efficient response to sales enquiries, building customer loyalty and enhancing the company’s reputation for service.

The ideal Customer Service Advisor will be a flexible person who enjoys working as part of a small team. A good telephone manner and computer literacy are essential.

Previous relevant experience would be an advantage, but not essential.

Proficiency in SAP would be advantageous.

Full training will be provided on all product and service offerings.

Your normal working hours will be based on a 42.5 hour working week, usually Monday to Friday 7.30am to 5pm.

Salary £25,503 p.a.

Location allowance £3,600 p.a.

Annual holiday entitlement 25 days plus all public holidays
