The role of Restaurant Manager:

The Breakfast Manager will oversee selecting, training, evaluating, leading, motivating, and coaching a group of F&B hospitality professionals for Breakfast service. The Manager must maintain and control a high level of guest service. This is achieved by ensuring consistent and thoughtful service, demonstrated by the restaurant staff.
