Job Description
I am looking to urgently recruit for a Temporary Receptionist/Administrator based on site in Limerick City.
This role is for Thursday 13th March and Friday 14th March.
You would require strong administration and organisational skills and will receive a full handover prior to starting the role.
Hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm 37.5 hours per week
Hourly pay: €16.00 per hour
Duration: Thursday 13th March and Friday 14th March
Location: Limerick City
Duties
- Carry out workplace checklists in the office
- Liaise with other staff members on site
- General office items desk, printers, meeting rooms, canteen, washrooms
- Head Counts
- Logging any issues with support teams.
- Front of House Cover
- Answering Calls, Emails, Postal and Deliveries.
