Training as a Merchant in Wholesale and Foreign Trade Management (m/f/d)
You have a direct line to the customer!
Your dream job As a wholesale and foreign trade management clerk, you will mainly be found in sales – as the link between our company and our customers. And that is why you are particularly closely bound to the principle of service orientation, because this is exactly where the direct line to the customer lies. You can demonstrate and expand your communication skills, determination and flexibility while you accept orders and discuss quantities, prices and delivery times. You will also create offers, promote our company’s portfolio and deal with customer complaints. This requires skills such as sensitivity, negotiating skills and confidence in dealing with customers, which you will train and deepen with. In addition to sales, you will acquire knowledge in the following areas: operational organization and handling of company-specific software, merchandise management/purchasing, accounting and goods receipt/warehouse/logistics. At the same time, you will be given detailed market and product knowledge. This job offers you an interesting and varied range of tasks.
The training lasts 3 years.
Our requirements:
- Abitur, university of applied sciences entrance qualification or good secondary school leaving certificate
- good grades in mathematics, German and English
- determination, teamwork and communication skills
