  • Provide quality care based on a person-centred approach, tailored to individual needs.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals (GPs, Physiotherapists, Hospitals, Social Workers, etc.) for comprehensive care.
  • Comply with Health and Social Care Act 2008 regulations for care provision.
  • Plan and participate in social activities for service users.
  • Support marketing activities and promote the facility or company.
  • Uphold professional standards, including adherence to the NMC Code of Professional Conduct.
  • Manage medication administration and maintain accurate records.
  • Assess and admit new service users, ensuring thorough documentation.
  • Directly support service users through nursing procedures and clinical treatments.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Registered Nurse (First Level, Mental Health Nurse, or Learning Disability Nurse) with a valid nursing qualification.
  • Good physical health to meet nursing profession demands.
  • CPR certification and any specialty nursing certifications.
