From the simplest of switches to complex operational systems, our technology, software, and services improve the way our customers manage and automate their operations.Job Summary & QualificationsProject Manager plans, directs, and coordinates activities of project teams to ensure that projects are executed in accordance with all company and site safety requirements, accomplished on time, implemented per specification at or below the estimated cost, and billed in a timely fashion throughout the duration of the project. Reports into the Operations Manager, or a Program Manager in larger operations teams.
- 6 or more years of relevant experience in the area of Security project installation, years’ experience as a Project Engineer, or combined years of system application engineering or technician experience
- Experience leading a project team, coaching and mentoring Project Engineers and new Project Managers.
- Able to influence and convince internal and external customers, listen effectively, and solicit input from others
- Handle multiple demands and assignments, prioritize tasks effectively and efficiently and manage resource procurement and utilization
- Manage solution executive projects: large project in a single business with high added value or low complexity project in multi businesses
- Monitor and control progress & budget, assess and manage the risks in order to meet customer satisfaction and project profitability.
- Manage complete job process order preparation through financial close-out and provide technical support
- Expected to be self-sufficient in all aspects of the role, requiring minimal supervision and direction for the execution of daily, weekly, and monthly tasks.
- Has demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer satisfaction and is assigned responsibility for the largest, most complex projects or portfolio of projects within the operations team.
