Minimum Requirements:

  • High school diploma
  • 3 years’ experience in a project management or coordinator-type role
  • Strong computer skills to include Excel, Word and PowerPoint in order to create and maintain effective presentations and reports
  • Strong communication skills to interact with a variety of staff throughout the firm
  • Organized with the ability to handle several projects simultaneously
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and demanding environment

Preferred Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing or other field related to specific department or office

What will your day look like?
As a Project Manager I, you will assist with the implementation, maintenance and evaluation of a variety of projects and initiatives and work closely with management to develop plans, project milestones, timelines and budgets with respect to assigned projects and assignments. You will communicate with other stakeholders and project participants regarding project status, action items and deliverables, keep management apprised of status, and perform project management duties for a specific area and/or department within the Firm.


You will work closely with managers or other project leaders to facilitate the timely and effective implementation of strategic plans and objectives. You will provide support to include drafting reports and summaries, creating and maintaining spreadsheets and analysis, and preparing presentations. You will coordinate office or department meetings and seminars and take the lead in preparing logistics and engaging appropriate vendors to ensure a successful meeting/conference. You will analyze and review quotes and contracts from various vendors, perform cost analysis against budgets, and send to managers for final review and approval. You will participate in staff and committee meetings and prepare meeting agendas, review meeting materials for accuracy and completeness and distribute to meeting attendees.


You will also review department and/or office budgets on a regular basis, track and analyze data, and create reports and present findings to management. You will coordinate with Accounting regarding changes or revisions to budgets as approved by managers. You will work collaboratively with senior management to establish short- and long-term projects and initiatives.

In accordance with California, Washington, and New York City’s Pay Transparency Law, pay range for this position, if hired to work in California, Washington, or New York City is $112,563 – $140,175. The compensation offered to a candidate selected for employment will be dependent upon various factors, including the candidate’s geographic market, skills, educational and professional background, experience and overall qualifications.
