Job Description

Desirable Experience & Qualifications for the role of Project Manager:

• As the Project Manager you’ll coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
• As the Project Manager you’ll ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• As the Project Manager you’ll be developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• As the Project Manager you’ll ensure resource availability and allocation
• As the Project Manager you’ll develop a detailed project plan to track progress
• As the Project Manager you’ll use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
• As the Project Manager you’ll measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
• As the Project Manager you’ll report and escalate to management as needed
• As the Project Manager you’ll manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
• As the Project Manager you’ll perform risk management to minimize project risks
• As the Project Manager you’ll establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
• As the Project Manager you’ll create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

Required Experience & Qualification for the role of Project Manager:

• Great educational background, preferably in the fields of computer science or engineering for technical project managers
• Proven working experience as a project administrator in the IT sector
• Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Solid organisational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus
