About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity to join Raelene Boyle Retirement Village,Aberfeldie as a Personal Care Worker. We have a variety of part time positions available covering morning shifts 0700 – 1330 and afternoon shifts 1500 – 2100 in our Special Care Unit.
Unfortunately at this time Ryman do not sponsor Visa’s.
In this role you will:
- Develop lasting relationships with our residents and their families
- Follow our resident’s individual care plans, providing care that would be good enough for your own mum, dad, nana or poppa
- Use the latest technology – including our own purpose-built care app myRyman
- Work closely with, and support your colleagues creating a great team environment
About You
To thrive in our supportive and caring environment you will have:
- Certificate III/ IV in Ageing Support. We also welcome candidates who have studied individual and disability support
- Kindness in your DNA
- Strong empathy
- Outstanding communication skills
- A reliable, friendly and professional style
