Our company is seeking a Customer Support Service to be a key point of contact for existing customers. We’re looking for someone who can build relationships quickly over the phone, in writing and in person with customers. You will be a fast and willing learner, demonstrate excellent listening skills, and always put the customer first. You will be a team player who provides feedback to internal teams on opportunities to develop and refine processes.
Responsibilities
As a Customer Success Manager at our company, you will:
- Be a product expert for your clients and acting as a consultant on how this platform can help your customers
- Manage a portfolio of accounts with success metrics and product enquiries
- Run and manage ongoing training / implementation of new features and changes to the platform
- Assist with onboarding new users to the platform and ensure they are set up for success
Requirements
Our ideal Customer Success Manager will have:
- Strong negotiation skills who is a quick learner and organized
- Experience working in a customer facing and/or account management role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an ability to build trust with clients and problem solve as needed
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $79,780.00 – $151,207.00 per year

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Morning shift
Weekly day range:
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- New York, NY: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
