Must be locally available in Qatar and ready to join immediately.
European nationalities are preferred.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage administrative team to deliver day-to-day administrative operations
- Act as administration point of contact for the school, greet visitors, ensure security processes are in place and followed, provide hospitality as appropriate
- Administer and coordinate student recruitment and assessment activities
- Maintain communication with pool of families awaiting admissions at all times
- Produce clear, concise and accurate information to support Senior Leaders in raising standards of performance in school (including strategic and operational data)
- Manage and maintain student data and records
- Oversee production of school reports and transcripts
- Respond to parent’s enquiries and complaints
- Manage examination processes by updating related policies, gathering information from teaching staff to ensure students’ examination entries are made correctly and on time, making amendments/withdrawals, invigilating and all other tasks related to exams administration
- Model appropriate behavior around children
- Maintain and up-to-date procedural manual for all administrative and procedural tasks
- Provide administrative support for organization of school trips and events
- Co-coordinate content for school publications including newsletters, reports, questionnaires and liaise with external parties as necessary
All other administrative duties as assigned by Group Head of Corporate Services
