Office Administrator
Are you an experienced Office Administrator looking for an opportunity to join a dynamic and fast-paced transport team? I am recruiting for a highly organised and proactive individual to support the smooth operation of a busy transport department.
About the Role:
In this role, you will be responsible for administrative tasks such as data entry, customer queries via phone and email and report submissions. You will play a key role in maintaining accuracy in the Transport Management System (TMS) and supporting the transport team with essential office duties.
Location: Moycullen, Galway
Shift: 07:00 – 16:00
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Communication: Respond professionally to customer emails, resolving inquiries regarding deliveries and schedules efficiently.
- Data Entry & TMS Support: Maintain accurate delivery details, schedules, and customer information in the system, ensuring real-time updates.
- Subcontractor Reports: Compile and submit reports, ensuring data accuracy and timely submissions.
- General Office Support: Handle filing, scanning, organising documents, and assisting with administrative tasks.
- Ad-Hoc Support: Provide additional office-related assistance to various departments as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- High attention to detail, particularly in data entry and document management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Experience with Transport Management Systems (TMS) is a plus but not essential.
- A customer-focused approach with problem-solving skills.
