My amazing client are based in Casula, Sydney and they are after a hardworking, outside of the box thinker to join their team.
You will be responsible for managing your own workload and working closely with the senior management team.

If you aren’t afraid to roll your sleeves, get stuck in when needed but like the idea of working for a high-end company who won’t micromanage you and you take pride in what you do then get in touch!

THE ROLE

  • You will be responsible for supporting a range of departments within the office – Finance, Sale and Operations, reporting into the Operations Co-Ordinator
  • Your duties will involve processing, raising, and receiving Purchase Orders/Invoices.
  • Reviewing sales /customer record & orders to ensure all documentation is accurate.
  • Being the face of the company – you will be the customers point of contact and this will involve all questions or queries are addressed and actioned in a timely manner/

Helping all teams within the office with ad-hoc duties.

ABOUT YOU

  • You must have had at least 2 years office admin experience – ideally in warehousing or distribution environment.
  • Strong understanding of the Microsoft Office & SAP or CRM knowledge- MUST HAVE USED SAP AND BE CONFIDENT SAP USER CURRENTLY (bonus points if you have used finance software too)
  • Proactive problem solver
  • Someone not afraid to roll up their sleeves and muck in
  • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal.
  • Excellent time management and ability to juggle multiple tasks.
  • Hard working and driven and a team player.

Casula Location
Monday to Friday (7.30am starts)  

Salary $65-$70K a year + 10% bonus
