In Saga Lakeudenlinna, there is a 31-bed group home called Linnantaika for the elderly and those with memory problems who need special care. We are now looking for a night nurse for the group home. Your working day as a night nurse with us

As a night nurse, you are on duty for our residents, meeting them with warmth and taking into account their individual needs. Your job description includes assisting residents with activities according to their needs. You help, support and ensure that our residents’ nights run safely. You collaborate with other staff, relatives and other stakeholders.

The position is a temporary position and will start no later than May 2025, with the possibility of starting as early as April. The temporary position will initially last until the end of January 2026. The work is night work. 

The task requires

• Education:  Registered nurse’s degree
• other permits: valid drug permits, vaccination protection according to the Infectious Diseases Act and hygiene passport
• Language skills: at least functional basic language skills in Finnish (B1 level)
• Other things to note: the person selected for the position must present a criminal record extract in accordance with the Criminal Records Act.

In addition, we will require social and healthcare professionals to have a social and healthcare professional card when implementing the customer database.

Pay

We follow the private collective agreement for the social services sector in our remuneration. The job-specific base salary for a community nurse is €2,363.76-2,556.20/month (G20C), depending on experience.
