Job Title: Meat Deboner 
Employer: H&D Meats Ltd., T/A Robinson Meats
Location: Unit E1 Chapelizod Est, Chapelizod, Dublin 20, D20C437
Salary: 34k p.a. 
Working hours: 39 hours per week

Role:
Experienced Meat Deboner required to join a busy meat processor in Dublin 20.

Responsibilities:
•	Producing cuts and trims of meat to the company’s specification and at line speed.
•	Deboning several types of meats.
•	Following production targets.
•	Able to work in chilled area.
•	Checking cuts of meat for bruises, blemishes and defects and remove accordingly.
•	Other duties that may be part of the role from time to time.

Requirements:
•	2 years’ experience as a meat deboner or similar.
•	Ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
•	Excellent work ethic.
•	Must be able to work in a cool environment.
