The Francis Crick Institute require an experienced M&E Project Manager to join their engineering team.
Your new company
The Francis Crick Institute is consider one of the world leading laboratories for medical science. The facility is state of the art and has a large amount of investment into it. The Engineering team consists of a Head of Engineering, Project Analyst and currently 5 Project Managers with two additional Project Managers required.
Your new role
As a project manager you will over see M&E and Sustainability projects from inception to completion including design sign off. A typical projects you would oversee is building infrastructure, engineering systems, space management, moves and refurbishment of laboratories, offices, and other facilities. These projects are often very exciting and initiative.
What you’ll need to succeed
To be considered for this role, you must have a strong background in M&E Project Managing within similar environments and delivering projects through to internal hand over. Knowledge and experience in design is required as this will be delivered in house although large scale/difficult design would be handled by consultants, therefore experience of managing consultants would be key. You must hold a HND/HNC or BEng and MCIBSE is desired.
What you’ll get in return
You will be offered a great salary of £54,646 to £69,932 with a defined contribution pension scheme, with the Crick contributing between 3 and 16% of salary along with 28 days of holiday each year, plus three additional days (usually taken over Christmas) and bank holidays.
