Rukapalvelu Oy is a company founded in 1987, offering its customers unforgettable nature experiences, accommodation services and restaurant operations. The company also maintains unique wilderness camps in the Kammi and Pohjanseida areas, where catering and event operations are organized in the middle of nature. 

We are now looking for a KITCHEN MANAGER for Rukapalvelu Oy.

Restaurant Zone is located in the village of Ruka and is a casual breakfast and lunch restaurant that also offers evening entertainment and a party atmosphere. Restaurant Zone serves its customers almost 24/7, every day of the year, so the work environment is lively and fast-paced. We are looking for an experienced head chef who wants to be involved in developing and leading a team.

As a kitchen manager, you are responsible for the overall management of kitchen operations. This includes shift planning, recipe development and maintenance, catering and event management, and supervisory work. The job requires a sense of responsibility and independence, as well as a desire to develop your own skills and the activities of the entire team.

The person selected for the position is required to have good Finnish and English language skills, a hygiene and alcohol license, and a B driving license. We value professionalism, a positive attitude, and the ability to lead a team. The job requires good organizational skills and the ability to work in a hurry.

The employment relationship is permanent and full-time, and we offer a competitive hourly wage, taking into account your previous experience. The start of work is according to the contract.
