Job Description

Clarity Ventures is seeking a junior project manager (with a heavy emphasis on being a customer advocate) to work with accounts and provide them updates on a regular basis. This role will require excellent communication skills, both internally and externally, and would likely benefit from someone with a customer service background.

Job Responsibilities

  • Deliver updates to the client on a weekly basis
  • Capture client requests and changes and submit them to the development team
  • Schedule calls and meetings with the clients
  • Manage customer’s expectations and escalate issues to management
  • Respond to all client communications promptly
  • Run and deliver status reports to clients on a regular basis
  • Provide feedback on the product to management
  • Coordinate with developers on progress and requirements

Required Skills

  • Knowledge of the basic Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to type 50+ WPM
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent note-taking skills

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Project Management Experience
  • Technical Degree or Training with SDLC
  • Technical Background
  • Strong understanding of eCommerce websites and platforms
  • Experience working in Time & Materials

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
