Job Description


As a Junior Business Development Representative you will be working closely with the marketing and sales team to research, qualify and nurture the potential customers. You will be the essential part of the lead generation process, using the existing resources and discovering new channels to broaden our customer base. The necessary training for our tools, offering and values will be provided by your colleagues.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Inside Sales, Market research, Social Selling roles (or similar)
  • Basic knowledge of cloud technologies
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Fluency in Polish (both written and spoken), good command English


Typical daily tasks:

Your activities will be focused on the primary goal to discover new business, including:


  • Market research: building a high-quality prospect base based on the provided resources
  • Social selling: searching and establishing first contact with the potential customers using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other features
  • Lead qualification: contacting the marketing leads to move them further into the sales process
  • Lead nurturing: participating in creation of engaging marketing content to nurture the qualified prospects
  • Supporting the Sales and Marketing during events, ad campaigns and other lead gen activities
