Kassenbedarf24 eK is an IT company from Karlsruhe with another location in Frankfurt that has been successfully offering cash register solutions since 2010. With our many years of experience in the field of hardware and software for cash register systems, we are the reliable partner for tailor-made cash register solutions in retail and the catering industry.

Our vision is to drive digitalization in these industries. We place particular emphasis on user-friendliness and the optimization of workflows to make everyday life easier for companies.

Your tasks

• Supporting our customers on site on their journey to digitalization
• Installation and configuration of cash register and payment systems
• Processing customer support inquiries
• Monitoring & controlling of rollouts and reporting for our customers

qualification

• Successfully completed training as an IT system administrator, IT system manager or a comparable qualification. (Career changers are welcome)
• Initial experience and a confident demeanor in customer contact
• Knowledge of networks & software engineering as well as setting up applications under Windows
• Flexibility, initiative, self-organization, error analysis & analytical thinking characterize you
• You have a class B driving license
