We are looking for you as an experienced Health, Safety & Environment specialist! In this exciting role, you will identify potential for improvement, develop solutions and support management in the continuous implementation of HSE topics.

Your responsibilities
- You will perform inspections and audits at our sites and on construction sites in Germany
- You will conduct training and general safety consultations on current HSE topics
- You carry out risk assessments and accident investigations on site
- You create safety plans
- You support the continuous implementation of improvements and best practices
- You carry out specific HSE projects
Your background
- Successfully completed degree in engineering or comparable with specialization in health, safety and environmental issues
- Training as an occupational health and safety specialist is an advantage
- Several years of relevant work experience, preferably in a multinational company, ideally with a manufacturing environment
- Fluent in written and spoken German and English
- High degree of persuasiveness towards different target groups
- Willingness to travel within Germany
