The HR Operations team is entering an exciting period in our change programme. Having recently restructured to create a central team of experts dealing with all areas of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding and immigration support, we are due to shortly introduce a new HR system which will make our work more efficient.
You’ll be helping us with our busy day to day operation whilst we support the team with testing and training on our new system. You’ll have an appetite for learning, always keeping the customer in mind and won’t be afraid to challenge us and suggest improvements to our current processes.
You will manage customer relationships (external and internal candidates) and ensure that employees, managers and future employees receive a high level of customer service, whether their query relates to the employee life cycle or recruitment.
Working closely with the Team Leaders, you will have exposure to some more complex projects as well as liaising with various parts of the University, including the Specialist HR Teams.
Some experience working in a busy administration role would be highly advantageous, as would some experience of recruitment (but this is not essential).
The role is 36 hours a week. We can be flexible with start and finish times, and we are happy for you to work from home. We do however, ask that you come to the office once or twice a week to help us maintain our brilliant team working relationships.
(This role is offered on an initial Fixed term for 6 months)
