HR at Barclays

People Analytics & Culture
The main responsibilities of this role is to understand and scope customer requirements, and working across the People Analytics & Culture (PA&C) to develop impactful products. In addition, this role will be required to translate the value that the product to the customer, and ensure that they have considered appropriate business context and narrative. The role requires relationship management skills to understand and govern customer needs as well as technical skills to direct product development. This will often involve translating insight in to meaningful stories that influence and shape business decisions and outcomes.

Pensions and Benefits
You’ll be working within a global team as a Project Manager, supporting on projects which help manage and improve the benefits offered to Barclays employees, whether that’s pensions, medical care, car schemes or shopping discounts. You could be making changes or introducing new benefits to staff, reviewing communications, improving processes or responding to legal changes.

Reward Compensation
Within the reward team, you’ll support the business in making decisions on the pay offered to employees, whether that’s for new-joiners, internal mobility, promotions or annual pay reviews. You’ll support with managing queries, working with a broad range of HR areas to understand issuesand finding solutions by analysing data, policies and communicating decisions.

Reward Governance and Policy
The Reward Governance and Policy team advises Barclays senior management and the Barclays Board on pay policy and regulation. You’ll be involved in analysing and reporting on various aspects of pay in the Bank, including bonus costs for the Bank and how pay is distributed (such as our gender and ethnicity pay gaps). You will develop new insights, and wherever possible help to simplify, automate and digitise our data, tools and processes.

Are you eligible?

First, you’ll need the right qualifications. You’ll need 5 GCSEs at A*-C (9-5) including Maths and English (or equivalent)
