Elite Netting is a company that installs permanent netting structures protecting high value horticultural crops. The crop protection industry is growing rapidly, with a big future and many career opportunities.
We are currently searching for applicants who live in the Mildura region or are willing to work in the area on a DIDO (drive-in, drive-out) roster for ongoing work.
About the Role:
Swing of 3 weeks on and 1 week off.
Hands-on training, resources, and support are provided to allow everyone to excel.
General Labourer – Level 1
- Begin with essential tasks such as threading and clipping nets.
- No experience is needed.
- Commencing at $38.97 per hour, casual.
Trade Assistant – Level 1
- Perform trade-specific tasks such as tensioning cables and setting nets.
- Experience in fencing, rigging, netting, or participation in team sports is highly valued.
- Strong interest in learning new skills with the potential for long-term career growth.
- Commencing at $47.22 per hour, casual.
To be considered for this position, the successful applicants:
- MUST hold a valid White Card.
- MUST hold a current Driver’s License and have access to a reliable vehicle.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve shared goals.
- Willing to perform hands-on tasks with specialised tools.
- Comfortable working at heights up to 6m in an EWP (boom lift).
- Enjoy outdoor construction of large structures.
- Follow instructions from Site Supervisors.
