General Labourer
Job Description
Based at Albanys Transfer Station you will be responsible for keeping the recycling area clean and safe as well as assisting the public with general enquiries.
Responsibilities:
- Control the placement of waste and recyclables being deposited by customers
- Direct traffic and provide general information to customers
- Maintain all buildings, grounds, roadways, and landscaping in a clean and tidy condition
- Undertake general labouring duties
This is an ongoing with the role going full-time for the right person.
Shift:
- Sun – Tue off Wed – Thur-Fri off Sat 6 am – 5 pm
- 40 hours a week!
About you:
- Previous labouring experience
- Good work ethic and reliability with previous references to support this
- Able to work a 40 hour week
- Pass a Pre-employment Drug Test
- No serious convictions
- Reliable transport
