Labourer/Improver required at Clark & Hanson Construction Services Ltd

We are a small family run business based in Cranbrook, Kent looking for applicants in the Kent & Sussex area that are very useful within the private sector of the construction industry.

Clark & Hanson are looking at taking on a new team member who stands out from the rest.

We strive to give the best possible service and product to our customers; we are ALL including COMPANY DIRECTORS on the tools, there is no hierarchy just a team of guys & girls working hard to produce some of the highest standards of work in Kent & Sussex.

We do everything from the ground up here at Clark & Hanson from extensions, loft conversions, renovations, new builds, bathrooms, and kitchens plus we do it well.

This will be a Permanent position for the right candidates with a run of good quality projects ahead of us, we are booked up until 2024.

You must have the following to be able to apply for this position:

• Full driving licence & vehicle if not then you must be able to get yourself to and from job sites

Salary is negotiable dependant on your credentials and a probation period of three weeks, You must be eager to learn be punctual, polite and courteous.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £80.00-£140.00 per day

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

• Loyalty bonus
• Performance bonus

Experience:

• labouring: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• Driving Licence (required)
