Your tasks at a glance

  • Efficient scheduling: You ensure a trouble-free supply of spare parts to our customers and service centers.
  • Delivery management: You check delivery plans with suppliers and specialist departments and coordinate corrective measures.
  • Bottleneck management: Eliminating delivery bottlenecks, reminding customers of deliveries and complaining about faulty deliveries are your responsibility.
  • Process optimization: You improve work processes in close coordination with internal and external process partners.
  • Technical documentation: You check technical documents for completeness and correctness.
  • Quality management: You are responsible for initiating and following up on complaints and resolving differences with suppliers.

What you bring with you

  • Qualification: Completed studies in the commercial or industrial-technical field or comparable vocational training.
  • Practical experience: Several years of professional experience in material planning or logistics and ideally industry knowledge in mechanical engineering.
  • Software knowledge: Confident use of SAP R/3, MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Analytical thinking: ability to assess risks, manage suppliers and optimize processes.
  • Language skills: Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English, both written and spoken.
