This is a remote position. To help our teams work together effectively, this role requires you to be located in the UK, Netherlands, Germany, France, and Poland.

Your future team

As a Field Marketing Manager focused on the DACH region, you will be developing and executing comprehensive regional marketing strategies to achieve business growth. Fueled by a passion for field marketing, you collaborate across departments to oversee the implementation of diverse field marketing programs throughout the DACH region. These programs, aligned with regional and segment-specific sales priorities and revenue targets, encompass field events, partner programs, account-based strategy, webinars, demos, and executive programs. Your responsibilities extend to partnering with the local sales team to identify target markets, support impactful marketing campaigns, and assess campaign effectiveness, ultimately generating leads, enhancing brand awareness, and fostering customer engagement.

You will report into the Head of Field Marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute regional field marketing campaigns aligned with overall company objectives.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to understand market needs and customer profiles.
  • Organize and coordinate local events, trade shows, and sponsorships to promote brand awareness.
  • Analyze and report on the performance of campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Build and maintain relationships with local partners, vendors, and relevant industry stakeholders.
  • Monitor and stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
  • Collaborate with the global marketing team to ensure consistency in messaging and branding.
  • Track and manage the regional field marketing budget.

Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of field marketing experience in an enterprise technology company.
  • Experience creating and implementing lead nurturing and pipeline acceleration programs.
  • Results and metrics-driven with analytical and problem-solving ability and passion to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Flexibility to travel within the assigned region and occasionally internationally.
  • Understanding of the cultural, linguistic, and business differences across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
  • Proficiency in German and English.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency with CRM systems such as Salesforce.
  • Experience developing and managing multiple marketing programs simultaneously.
  • Experience with customer segmentation, and targeting.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Proficiency in additional languages spoken in the DACH region.
