We are looking for a passionate and compassionate individual with a talent for building strong relationships. The ideal candidate will have some experience working in a health care facility with older adults, and will be capable of assuming responsibility for the day-to-day care of several patients.

Responsibilities:

• Support people to understand and manage their own health and care needs.
• Provide advice and information on alternative therapies, such as massage and nutrition.
• Advise on benefits and entitlements; Support people to complete benefit forms.
• Advise people about the availability, location, and facilities of other local support services.

Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 40 per week

Salary: £11.00-£12.00 per hour
